Brazilian Grill Fun

For Kira's 26th birthday, we splurged on visiting a very nice restaurant--The Rodizio Grill in Downtown Denver.  It is a Brazilian Steakhouse, so of course they are ALL about meat.  The servers walk around with skewers of all different kinds of meat (and big knives with which to cut it!), and also a few other things like roasted pineapple (YUM) and roasted tomatoes.  We were both extremely full when we left!  It was such a great treat.

A Mini-Vacation to Glenwood Springs

Our good friends the Echeverria's invited us to join them on vacation to Glenwood Springs, an absolutely beautiful part of Colorado.  We enjoyed rafting down the river, a fantastic hike up to Hanging Lake, and some great fellowship with our friends.

Honeymoon in Cancun

We were blessed with the opportunity to take a wonderful honeymoon.  We flew to Cancun on May 21st and got to stay in an all-inclusive resort for a week!  We enjoyed snorkeling in Xel-Ha (Travis has those pics on his camera), lots of tasty dinners, the beautiful turquoise Gulf of Mexico, and lots of relaxation.

Optometry School+Graduation+Oregon!

May 17, 2008: After four long years of hard work in optometry school, Leanna & Paul graduated and are finally DOCTORS. (Ya, weird. My sister is Dr. Dudley.) We are so proud of them! We flew to Oregon for the occasion.

Sorry, these all ended up completely out of order! This is my first time blogging :/ May 8, 2008: We had a wonderful day. Lionscrest Manor was a beautiful place to create so many memories of our first hours as husband and wife, with family and friends surrounding us to celebrate the occasion. Although the time went quickly, we enjoyed every minute! MUCH thanks to everyone who helped make our day go so smoothly. We appreciate all your love and support!
